DCS Rusults 6/4/11 A grandstands full of fans got treated to a good field of cars and some great side by side racing for DCS's opening night. The features started off with a great side by side battle in the purestock feature between Matt Darnell and Jack Woods for eleven laps with Justin Darby joining the battle with four laps to go. Darnell edges out Woods and Darby at the line. Greg Hunt had his way in the Mini stock feature leading start to finish. The Bombers was a shootout between Joe Francis,Mark Simion,and Melvin Smith until a late race crash that took out Simion and Smith to leave Francis for the win. Factory Stocks saw Matt Miller take the early lead followed closely by Dylan Keeper. A late race flat on Keeper sealed the race for Miller to take home the win. The B-Mods was a wild one with Shawn Strong and Colt Cheevers racing side by side for twelve laps with Jeff Miller, Ted Ballinger, and Streigel close behind.
