RELEASE AND WAIVER OF LIABILITY,

ASSUMPTION OF RISK AND INDEMNITY AGREEMENT

Participant wishes to participate at Dallas County Speedway, Urbana, MO.  IN CONSIDERATION of being permitted to compete or participate in any EVENT and/or being permitted to enter RESTRICTED AREAS (defined as any area requiring special authorization, credentials or permission to enter or any area to which admission by the general public is restricted or prohibited), PARTICIPANT, on behalf of himself or herself and his or her personal representatives, heirs, and next of kin, agrees as follows:

• Inspection of Restricted Areas: PARTICIPANT acknowledges, agrees and represents that he or she will immediately upon entering the RESTRICTED AREAS, and continuously thereafter, inspect the RESTRICTED AREAS, and further agrees and warrants that, if at any time, he or she is in or about RESTRICTED AREAS and feels anything to be unsafe, he or she will immediately advise the officials of such and if necessary will leave the RESTRICTED AREAS and/or refuse to participate further in the EVENT.
• Release From Liability: PARTICIPANT releases, waives, discharges and covenants not to sue the promoters, other participants, racing associations, sanctioning organizations or any subdivision thereof, track operators, track owners, officials, car owners, drivers, pit crews, rescue personnel, any persons in the RESTRICTED AREA, promoters, sponsors, advertisers, owners of the premises used to conduct the EVENT, premises and event inspectors, surveyors, underwriters, consultants and others who give recommendations, directions or instructions or engage in risk evaluation or loss control activities regarding the premises or EVENT and each of them, their directors, officers, agents and employees (herein collectively “RELEASEES”) from all liability to PARTICIPANT and/or his personal representatives, assigns or heirs, for bodily injury, death, or property damage that PARTICIPANT may suffer in this EVENT, whether caused by the negligence of RELEASEES or otherwise.
• Agreement to Indemnify and Hold Harmless: PARTICIPANT agrees to indemnify, save and hold harmless RELEASEES from any loss, liability, damage, or cost, including attorney fees, they may incur arising out of or related to his or her participation in the EVENT, whether caused by the negligence of RELEASEES or otherwise.
• Assumption of Risk: PARTICIPANT acknowledges that the activities of the EVENT are very dangerous and involve a substantial risk of serious injury, death and/or property damage and that injuries received may be compounded or increased by negligent rescue operations or procedures of the RELEASEES. PARTICIPANT acknowledges and voluntarily assumes full responsibility for any risk of bodily injury, death, or property damage that may arise out of or is related to the EVENT, whether caused by the negligence of RELEASEES or otherwise.
• Scope of Release: PARTICIPANT agrees that this Release and Waiver of Liability extends to all acts of negligence by RELEASEES, including negligent rescue operations, and is intended to be as broad and inclusive as is permitted by the laws of the State of Missouri. PARTICIPANT agrees that if any portion of the Release and Waiver of Liability is held invalid, the balance shall, notwithstanding, continue in full legal force and effect.
• Venue: This Release and Waiver of Liability shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Missouri. Dallas County, Missouri shall be the sole and exclusive venue for all disputes arising out of or related to this Release and Waiver of Liability or Participant’s participation in the EVENT.

Super Stock Rules for 2008

BODY- ANY YEAR MODEL AMERICAN PRODUCTION CAR. NO COMPACTS. CAN HAVE STEEL, FIBERGLASS 0R ALUMINUM BODY. REAR OF CAR MAY BE OPEN. INTERIOR AND COCK PIT OF CAR MAY BE MADE 0F .040 ALUMINUM. MAY HAVE SPOILER 64 INCH MAX WIDTH AND 8 INCH MAX TALL, BUT CAN'T EXTEND PAST SIDES OF BODY. BRAND OF BODY MUST MATCH BRAND OF MOTOR. MAY USE AFTERMARKET BRAKE PEDALS.

FRAME- MUST HAVE STOCK FRONT SUB TO REAR OF BELL HOUSING. MAY HAVE TUBE FROM THERE AND BACK. MIN OF 106 INCH WHEELBASE. MAY USE AFTERMARKET UPPER A-ARMS AND RELOCATE SHOCKS. 5 INCH COIL SPRINGS MIN. SIZE. WEIGHT JACK BOLTS ARE LEGAL. MUST USE STOCK SPINDLES AND STEERING PARTS. NO RACK AND PINION STEERING, OEM STEERING BOXES ONLY. REAR SUSPENSION MAY USE A TORQUE ARM OR TOP LINK.

REAR SPRINGS- MUST MOUNT SOLID ON REAR END HOUSING. NO FLOATING OR BIRDCAGE REAR SUSPENSION, NO SWING ARMS. MAY HAVE PANHARD BAR. NO COILOVERS OR C/O ELIMINATORS EXCEPT ON TORQUE ARMS. ONLY ONE SHOCK PER WHEEL. STEERING QUICKER ALLOWED. FLOATERS ALLOWED.

ROLL BARS- MUST HAVE MIN OF A 6 POINT CAGE USING A MIN OF 1 ½  INCH OD .095 ROLL BAR TUBING WITH A MIN OF THREE DRIVER SIDE DOOR BARS. FRONT AND REAR HOOPS ALLOWED. ONLY MILD STEEL ROUND ROLL BAR TUBING ALLOWED.

ENGINES- ENGINE SET BACK NUMBER ONE SPARK PLUG AHEAD OF OR EVEN WITH TOP BALL JOINTS. ONE GAS FOUR BARREL ONLY. ALUMINUM INTAKE AND HEADERS ARE ALLOWED. NO ALUMINUM HEAD OR BLOCKS NO DRY SUMP OR MAGNETOS. NO ELECTRIC FUEL PUMPS OR PRESSURE SYSTEMS ALLOWED. ENGINE MUST MATCH BRAND OF BODY. RADIATOR AND OIL 0R TRANS. COOLERS MUST BE MOUNTED UNDER THE HOOD.

REAR ENDS AND TRANSMISSIONS- REAR ENDS MAY BE LOCKED. NO RATCHET OR TRACTION TYPE REAR ENDS ALLOWED. NO ALUMINUM THIRD MEMBERS OR ALUMINUM FULL SPOOLS. FORD 9 INCH FLOATERS ALLOWED. NO QUICK CHANGES OR WIDE FIVE HUBS ALLOWED. ALL CARS MUST HAVE STOCK TRANS. AND WORKING CLUTCH. MUST HAVE AT LEAST TWO FORWARD GEARS AND ONE REVERSE GEAR. AUTOMATIC TRANSMISSIONS MUST HAVE CONVERTER OR GATE VALVE. MINI CLUTCH ALLOWED.

GAS TANKS- RACING FUEL CELLS MANDATORY: GAS ONLY.

TIRES AND WHEELS- SPEC WRS D55 11” HOOSIERS ONLY 11 INCH MAX. STEEL WHEELS ONLY 10 INCH MAX. BEAD LOCK ALLOWED ON RR ONLY.

SAFETY- ALL CARS MUST HAVE AN ALUMINUM SEAT, MIN OF .090 THICK, MOUNTED WITH AT LEAST 4 3/8 GRADE 5 BOLTS WITH FENDER WASHER AND NYLOCK NUTS. MUST HAVE FIRE EXTINGUISHER. MUST WEAR A FULL DRIVER'S SUIT. MUST HAVE 5 POINT HARNESS WITH 3 INCH BELTS. SNELL SA90 RATED HELMET RECOMMENDED.

WEIGHT- 2800 LBS., WITH DRIVER, AFTER RACE.
